Mocktail Madness

Some of my favourite, tried and true N.A. cocktails that might just give you reason to 'take a night off' more a more regular occasion.🥂

Aperol Spritz Mocktail

EQUIPMENT

• glassware - wine glass, or other drinkware

• long spoon or stirrer

INGREDIENTS

• 3 ounces non alcoholic Aperol - Italian Spritz from Lyre’s

• 3 ounces non alcoholic champagne - Fre Non Alcoholic Sparkling Brut

• 1 dash non alcoholic bitters - Peychauds Bitters

• 1 ounces mineral water or club soda

GARNISH

• 1 slices orange

• 1 sprigs thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

• Add ice to a large wine glass.

• Pour in the Lyre's Italian Spritz, Fre Sparkling Brut, and a dash of All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters. Top with mineral water.

• Garnish with an orange slice and sprig of thyme.
